We are a BC based,
Small Business with limited staff and the average telephone inquiry can take 15 mins or
more. Many times, Email is by far the fastest way to get a response. If you call our
Toll-Free number and get Voice Mail, you are not being ignored but simply asked to please
leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible during business hours
We encourage the use of E-mail for
correspondence as it proves faster (less waiting) and more accurate for product queries
and is unaffected by Time Zone differences.
E-mail is also an
excellent means to furnish additional information that may be of help to a customer ie:
links, manuals and referrals. Our CSR's average anywhere from 2-15 mins. per call most
days. If you leave voice mail, a CSR will return the call as soon as
possible or next business day. If you need an answer immediately (not always
