The following describes the terms under which we offer our services to you. Your use of this web-site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the Terms and Conditions listed below.   By using this site in any manner, you are agreeing that you understand and are bound by these terms. You furthermore agree to be bound by all applicable laws and all applicable regulations that govern this site. This Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of this web site. The Agreement of Use is an important document. Canadapets.com Pet Supplies Limited - a BC Provincial Corporation, hereafter referred to as "Canadapets", mandates that each member and user of this web site reads the Terms and Conditions listed herein and all other policies posted on this site.

Prices and Site Content
Canadapets offers all products on this website for Internet or Mail Order purchase. All prices, descriptions, pictures, content, availability and inventory are subject to change at any time. Canadapets is not responsible for any inaccuracies of prices, descriptions, pictures, typographical or photographic errors in content. Prices, descriptions, pictures and content are subject to change at any time and without notice. Canadapets reserves the right to limit and or refuse sales at its own discretion.

Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within fourteen days of receipt. A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any product - see below. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) to us prepaid & insured following the returns procedure below (required) within fourteen days of receipt for credit to your account or exchange less a twenty percent restocking fee and less the actual outbound S&H charges.

Returns Procedure
A return authorization number or RMA must be obtained prior to returning any product(s) - see below.  Unauthorized returns will be refused. Refunds
We will issue a refund to your credit card after our warehouse staff have processed your return ( received, inspected, verified to be in working condition and complete in all contents ).  While we aim to expedite this process as much as possible, please allow up to thirty days from our receipt of your returned products to complete.  Additional time may be experienced for your credit card issuer to apply a credit to your card account.  Once processed, an itemized email refund receipt will be sent to the customer. Please also note that your refund will be deducted shipping and handling and a restocking fee.

Defective Items
In the event of a defective item, or one damaged in transit, our policy is to ship out a replacement upon receipt of the defective item. To have a replacement unit shipped immediately, we will require your account be charged for the replacement prior to shipping and will then issue a full credit upon receipt of the defective item.

Exceptions
Returned items that arrive damaged, inoperable or displaying wear (including teeth / chew marks) and with odor are not eligible for any refund. Final sale items are non-refundable. Items that are: missing original packaging, incomplete in contents or carrying courier / shipping / COD fees - will have these costs deducted from any refund. Please remember your credit will not include the outbound actual shipping & handling charges incurred in delivering the product to you - this includes all products shipped under our free shipping program.  A re-stocking fee will be applied to cover any missing items or wear & tear on a product. No product can be returned after fourteen days. After fourteen days, your product is fully and solely covered under the manufacturers warranty and should be returned to them for service or repair. Items that are deemed undeliverable, refused or returned to sender will incur shipping & handling charges both ways to cover the freight costs incurred in good faith to ship the product to you per your information provided. 

Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders are subject to a ten dollar administrative fee to cover the processing costs incurred to issue your refund and will be issued within 15 days of cancellation. After an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and if you need to return it within 14 days of receipt, please follow the Return procedure detailed above.

Shipping
Most order ship within 36-48hrs. Shipping charges are non-refundable including all products shipped under our free shipping program. Transit times are provide by the carrier, estimated in business days and are not guaranteed. Remote locations or air stages may add additional transit time in an order.  We do not charge any hidden fees or add-ons to an order - however, we do reserve the right to add a minimal shipping charge for overweight or oversized items / remote locations and will confirm this with you if necessary prior to processing your card or accepting your order. 

Back Orders
In the rare event of a manufacturers Back Order on an item, we will notify the client by e-mail as soon as possible. For Telephone or Fax orders, your card will only be charged, once the product becomes available to ship, however orders that are placed by the client themselves online automatically require the card to be billed at time of order placement.  In this event, your order will stand as is until available to ship.  Our Shipping Policy in regards back ordres is to ship the order via Expedited service through Canada Post as soon as available. To downgrade or upgrade your shipping option, we require notification prior to shipment. Once in transit, shipping charges stand as ordered and are non-refundable.

Payment
In return for use of our services or the purchase of products from Canadapets, you agree to pay all fees and charges as posted on the Canadapets web site. Canadapets will bill your credit card, and that credit card number, which you provide for payment. If Canadapets does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay Canadapets all amounts due upon demand of Canadapets or its appointed agents. You agree and allow Canadapets to take any commercially available actions to validate your credit card. You understand and agree that, if timely payment of all amounts due for any services which you have agreed to purchase is not received, Canadapets may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the Canadapets service. If you dispute a credit card purchase or if your payment of any kind is returned to Canadapets by the issuing bank for any reason, after receipt of products or services provided by Canadapets, you agree to pay Canadapets for such products and or services plus an additional processing fee of fifty dollars. Outstanding balances will incur interest at the rate of two percent per month until paid in full and any future use or attempted use of any of our services will be terminated.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Your use of this web-site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions listed herein. By using Canadapets services, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by purchasing a product from our company, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions. Canadapets will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, rental fees, professional fees, hiring of a dog trainer, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages. You agree that the maximum recourse in an order is limited to the total amount of your purchase only.
